Classes of Debris

Class 2: construction debris that includes building materials, drywall, lumber, carpet, furniture, mattresses, and plumbing items.
Class 3: everyday debris that includes bagged, household garbage

What do I do with my debris?

It is important to remember that once the Convenience Centers open, only Class 3 will be accepted. Residents should not bring Class 1 or Class 2 storm-generated debris to the Convenience Centers.

Residents should sort Class 1 and Class 2 debris into separate piles and leave it on the right-of-way (curb) at their residence for collection. Be careful not to block fire hydrants, stormwater ditches, or utility boxes.

After a certain amount of time, Convenience Centers will start to accept limited amounts of non-storm-generated Class 2 debris and recyclables. No trailers or large loads will be accepted. Commercial vehicles and/or contractors cannot use these sites.
