Much coordination and progress has taken place between Fred Leyda (BC Human Services Alliance), Tina Gentry (United Way) and the Lowcountry Volunteers Active in Disaster (VOAD). As citizens have voiced their needs, these organizations have reached out to fulfill each need that has arisen.
