Effective November 28, 2016, FEMA has changed the hours of operation for the two Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) in Beaufort County. Burton Wells Recreation Center Mon. – Wed. 9am – 5pm   Town of Hilton Head Island Town Hall Thurs & Fri. 9am – 5pm Sat. 10am – 4pm
